Chief Judge rules in Kesterson’s favor in Fein v Kesterson
In today’s United States Federal Court. The Honorable Audrey Collins (Chief Judge of the Court) presiding: “The Court grants Kesterson’s motion and enters judgement striking Fein’s complaint. The Court grants Kesterson’s motion for attorney’s fees and costs. The Court denies Fein’s cross-motion for summary judgement.”
